Learned advanced research techniques such as: Polychromatic flow cytometry, Luminex assays, DNA extraction, polymerase chain reactions (PCR), enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA), Enzyme linked immunospot (ELISPOT), cell separation and culture, TUNEL and Annexin V staining for apoptosis, computer use for statistical data analysis.
