Has over 18 years’ experience in public finance management with particular reference to financial management in public universities. Responsible to the Vice Chancellor through the DVC-PAF, in providing leadership in financial matters including preparation of comprehensive financial statements, providing guidelines for proper financial management of the University and formulation, development and implementation of financial policies for the University.
