Dr. Immerqulate Ayodo, CHRP, serves as the newly appointed Registrar of Planning and Administration at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (JOOUST). With a rich background in Leadership and Corporate Governance, Human Resource Management, and Public Administration, Dr. Ayodo brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Her specialization areas span governance, employee relations, staff welfare, industrial relations, and the development of policies, procedures, strategic plans, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).

Dr. Ayodo earned her PhD in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) respectively. In addition, she is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), Finalist Certified Public Secretary Kenya (CPSK), and a licensed Human Resource practitioner in Kenya (License no. 3289). She is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) and the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).

With over 15 years of administrative experience at the university, Dr. Ayodo has honed her skills in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Leadership, and Corporate Governance. Beyond her administrative duties, she is actively involved in academia, having taught at various universities and contributed to research. She has published six papers in internationally refereed journals on Human Resources Management, leadership, and corporate governance, and has presented three papers at international conferences.

Her extensive administrative experience includes roles at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and Maseno University. She has also served as a Lecturer at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, at Kaimosi Friends University, and at the University of Eldoret. Other than university experience, Dr. Ayodo has served as a member of the Kakamega International Investment Conference.

Dr. Ayodo finds great fulfilment in working with individuals and teams to develop their full potential, enhancing skills and performance at the individual, organizational, and national levels.
